Free Introduction to 30-Day Whole Foods Detox Program
This class provides education on common and not-so-common sources of toxic load in our immediate environment. Kasia discusses studies and research in the USA and abroad, which includes how food constituents can affect our DNA expression, and solutions necessary to help prevent disease such as cancer and to minimize our risk of various degenerative diseases. The goal of the workshop is also to present clearly the goals, services, and long-term benefits of the 30-Day Detox Program. This workshop is highly recommended for individuals who plan to participate in the Detox Program.

Participants are on predominantly plant-based protocol, with foods chosen for their anti-inflammatory qualities and nutrient-density. They are on individualized tracks depending on medical and diet history. The Program offers to re-program and re-educate others on the understanding of food and nourishment and the place they have in wellness and alleviation of medical conditions. Detoxification pathways are facilitated through foods, life style changes and targeted nutrition supplementation. Detoxification also enables a healthy weight loss, which is one of the most common and welcome “side-effects” of the Program, with typical weight loss of 4-8 pounds after 30 days, and continued gradual weight loss thereafter.
