By popular demand, we are expanding our 30-Day Whole Foods Detox Program to the Bethesda/ DC Metro area. The winter Group will start Feb 11 and we offer two Free Intro classes, one on Sat Jan 28 at 9:30am-10:30am and another one Monday Feb 6 at 7:30pm to 8:30pm. Both classes as well as the Program will run at the Knowles Wellness Center in Kensington.
