This informal seminar is for those who would like to enjoy the winter season in good health. We will discuss the lacking essential nutrients and needed supplements in general and for the season, as well as appropriate dosages for individual needs. The stress of lack of sun, less exercise and more cravings for carbohydrate-rich foods during winter can all be helped. The seminar will focus on simple and practical solutions. Discussions, questions and interactive atmosphere are encouraged. We will also tackle remedies for excessive carb loading, indigestion, and sluggish winter metabolism. Some samples of high quality supplements will be provided. You are also welcome to bring some of your supplements for assessment too! Expect a fun and educational event!
